There are a lot of options for birth classes out there. I don’t believe there is a cookie cutter one way is better than the other. I make sure we cover all aspects of birth not just an unmedicated approach. I believe your way and your journey is unique and that you should know all everything from spontaneous labor, inductions to c-sections.
Parent and Me Classes $120
Together with your baby you will enjoy singing and tummy time play while reviewing evidence-based topics such as attachment, nutrition, discipline, health, safety, and transitions and routines. Babies don’t come with instruction manuals. Let us help guide you to resources that can help you navigate this delicate time. We will always do parent check-ins and will encourage you to build your village. Class topics will be rotated and tailored to our parents as you are navigating your postpartum period. Seasonal crafts and activities will be done throughout classes that help to build positive memories for you and your baby. They are only little once! Partners/Daddy’s are welcomed to join the class and learn together. Our parent group is an inclusive group! Our Cis, Trans and Non-Binary parents are always welcome in our space.
